基本要求：
1、各對外職能部門，在對客戶的采購、銷售、談判、收款、品質等環節不可對客戶方進行收受賄賂及依靠不正當手段解決問題。
2、采購、銷售、合作各環節公開透明，對公司及合作伙伴公開誠實，進度對上級部門隨時匯報，作到公正、透明、實時，誠信。
3、因業務需求需要與客戶方非上班時間段交流時，需要先跟公司匯報，同意批準后按公司規定安排，不可帶客戶進入超支配、超范圍消費，產生一切后果公司不承擔任何責任。
4、公司禁止各合作方對我司各職能部門人員進行吃飯、娛樂、禮品、購物卡、現金等一切行為；各部門禁止與供應方吃飯或收受各類禮品、購物卡、現金等任何物品；
5、對中國傳統節日及西方重大節日，如中秋、春節、圣誕等重要節日，公司會根據情況統一申請安排各類小禮品給各合作伙伴，禮品以實用簡單為原則，不可借機送重禮進行賄賂。
6、對客戶方提出的禮品、業務費用、回扣或其他要求時，公司負責人應嚴格制止并必須上報公司，SIC的原則是：依靠價格與服務取勝，對此部分內容應該妥善處理，做好合理的解釋工作，讓客戶理解，同時保證合作的繼續與暢通。
7、以上部分是在公司運營中經常出現的違背正道經營的問題，在實際操作上出現的問題點會更多，更加的復雜，需要公司所有人員通過公司的制度及合理的處理方式來解決問題。
8、如出現以上規定之行為，公司將對收受雙方進行行政處罰，情節嚴重將交由公安機關處理。
以上各規定，SIC公司所有員工以及SIC合作伙伴應嚴格遵守，大家共同努力，建立和諧的經營環境，正真做到為公司創造價值，為社會健康發展出力。

Basic requirements:
1.?SIC does not allow any bribery in any procedure of trade/transaction.
2.?Sic
sales should always report to their superior about the progress of work
in order to reach mutual understanding of the trade.
3.?SIC
sales should only meet clients if permission is authorized by their
superiors. Otherwise, SIC takes no responsibility for any results caused
by violation of the rules.
4.?SIC does not allow any entertainment such as dining,drinking etc. Bribing our employees.
5.?SIC
does prepare small presents for partnership when it comes to festivals
such as Christmas ,but no one is allowed to bribe during the festivals.
6.?If
ever bribery occurs, superiors should prevent the partnership/employees
from receiving gifts/cash. SIC only offer good services and fair
prices.
7.?Those are
frequent situations occur during the transaction, it may be more
complicated when it comes to operation. Everyone should obey the rules
in order to solve problems efficiently.
8.?SIC does hope everyone obey the rules, violators will be fined if ever caught by reporters.
