施克斯SIC熱壓防靜電硅膠皮（黑色HB）是一款具有高傳熱性、緩沖性、絕緣和防靜電特點(diǎn)的產(chǎn)品，具有優(yōu)良的熱傳導(dǎo)性、緩沖性和極高的回彈能力，表面平整度高，主要針對(duì)各類液晶顯示模組熱壓綁定生產(chǎn)制程中使用，黑色產(chǎn)品在中國(guó)市場(chǎng)主要供應(yīng)大尺寸（寬度500mm以上規(guī)格）產(chǎn)品為主。
Hot-press silicon gel（Black-HB）?is a buffering tool with high diathermancy, insulative?property. It also has both good thermal conductivity ?and resistance to pressure.?It is used for bonding during manufacturing liquid crystal display module. SIC produces big size(width over 500mm) products for Chinese market majorly.

1、適用于各類LCM顯示屏（TP、TN、TFT、OLED）的熱壓邦定工藝（FOG、COG、TAB、熱壓導(dǎo)電膜、柔性電路板、ITO導(dǎo)電玻璃等），將其墊附在熱壓頭的底部表面，對(duì)溫度有傳導(dǎo)緩沖作用，使溫度均勻，隔離被熱壓產(chǎn)品與熱壓頭直接接觸，具有緩沖保護(hù)作用。
2、絕緣半導(dǎo)體的熱傳導(dǎo)、?電熱調(diào)節(jié)器和溫度傳感器。
3、適用于對(duì)接觸材料有防靜電要求的各類工藝。
Usage of the products：
1.?SIC silicon gel can be used in any kind of screens such as LCD,TN,TP etc. for hot-press bonding process. It can be installed at the bottom of the heating body to buffer the high temperature to screens so that the temperature can be dispersed evenly. In the meantime, it can isolate the heating body and the product with both antistatic function and anti-electricity leakage function.
2.?SIC silicon gel can be used in heat conductivity of insulative semiconductor?and temperature sensor etc.
3.?SIC silicon gel can be applied for the materials which have anti-static request.
