特氟龍
PTFE MEMBRANE
特氟龍薄膜又稱之為聚四氟乙烯薄膜，是由聚四氟乙烯樹脂經模壓、燒結、冷卻成毛坯，再經車削，壓延制成。車削成的薄膜為不定向薄膜，經壓延后即成定向薄膜。不定向薄膜壓延1.1～1.8倍為半定向薄膜。特氟龍薄膜具有結晶度高、分子定向緊緊排列、空隙率小等特點。
可與橡膠、金屬等復合,也可制作特種膠帶，廣泛應用于輕工、軍工、航天、電子、醫藥等領域。
Teflon is called as PTFE,PTFE is a fluorocarbon solid, as it is a high-molecular-weight compound consisting wholly of carbon and fluorine. PTFE is hydrophobic: neither water nor water-containing substances wet PTFE, as fluorocarbons demonstrate mitigated London dispersion forces due to the high electronegativity of fluorine. PTFE has one of the lowest coefficients of friction of any solid.
