SIC超壓復(fù)合材是一種由氧和硅膠聯(lián)成聚合物并配合高強(qiáng)度玻璃纖維制成的獨(dú)特合成彈性體。它完美地結(jié)合了硅膠分子的熱性能、彈性以及纖維材料的獨(dú)特韌性，能滿足許多超級苛刻的應(yīng)用場合要求。主要適用于高壓力高溫度下的熱壓和層壓設(shè)備，F(xiàn)PC、PCB等版面能與該硅膠皮直接接觸而不吸出硅膠油，對溫度有一定的緩沖作用，使溫度較為均勻，隔離被熱壓產(chǎn)品與熱壓頭直接接觸，以免熱壓頭有殘留雜物影響其平坦度，耐老化耐撕裂是其最大的性能特點(diǎn)（產(chǎn)品型號：SIC-RS20-50）。
SIC high pressure fiber composite is composed of oxygen and silicone polymer. It has the tenacity of fabric materials and the elasticity of silicone molecule and it can be applied under lots of circumstances such as high-pressure or high-temperature equipment.During the production of FPC, there will be no dust dissolve and no silicone oil will be released using this product. And it has cushioning to high temperature. Tear-resistance is the highlight of the product.
