可剝離藍膠
PEELABLE BLUE GLUE
可剝藍膠為單組份觸摸屏專用絕緣保護用,主要應用于觸摸屏中的透明導電玻璃、薄膜的ITO鍍膜、OGS工藝上,起到絕緣、防潮和保護。使用時通過絲網印刷在PET、ITO膜和ITO玻璃上,烘烤成膜后起到防止材料在后續生產過程中受到污染或劃傷的作用。在觸摸屏上、下線路粘合之前,可用簡易方法剝離干凈,不會有殘留在材料表面或者污染材料??梢栽趯挿旱臏囟群蜐穸确秶鷥润w現良好的絕緣保護性能,成膜性極好具有良好的韌性和柔軟性。
可剝藍膠在OGS工藝上的應用: 目前OGS工藝流程比較復雜,溫度高(160℃-200℃),多次不同溫度的烘烤;超聲清洗時間長、次數多;SIC可剝藍膠在多重工藝后保證不起霧點、不脫落、剝離容易并無殘留。
可剝藍膠在PCB行業的應用: 耐化學浸蝕可剝藍膠,專為各種化學鍍、電鍍保護所研制,能抵抗各種酸堿溶液的侵蝕,及各種電鍍溶液的電蝕攻擊,邊沿不起皮不脫落,適合于各種電鍍及化學鍍的抗鍍保護,韌性強。
Peelable blue glue is applied to one-component touch screen as a insulative protector. It can be used on transparent heat conductive glass inside the touch screen.
Peelable blue glue can be used on OGS technology. OGS technology is a complicated technology. Its temperature can reach up to 160℃-200℃. SIC peelable blue guarantees that no cloud point appears and no residue.
Peelable blue glue can be used in PCB industry. It is easy to be cleaned and stripped off. It is applied as corrosion Protection for acid or alkaline solution,electrical corrosion protection for electroplating solution and plating resistance protection for chemical plating.
